DocSecOrg is committed to protecting your privacy. We believe your co-parenting communication and documents are deeply personal—and should remain secure and private at all times. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we safeguard it.
Information We Collect
- Google Account Data: When you sign in, we request access only to the minimum Google data needed to organize your emails and attachments: your Gmail messages and Google Drive files.
- Email Addresses: You provide co-parent email addresses solely for searching and organizing relevant messages and attachments.
How We Use Your Information
- We use your Google access token only while you are logged in and never store it on our servers after you log out or close your session.
- We access your Gmail messages and attachments strictly for the purpose of organizing and copying files into a secure Google Drive folder, as requested by you.
- Your data is never sold, shared, or used for advertising. We do not analyze, index, or retain any content from your communications or files.
Data Security
- All communication between your browser and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS.
- We do not store any of your emails, attachments, or Google account data on our servers. Processing is done in memory only as needed for your session.
- Your Drive folder and attachments remain under your control in your own Google account.
